info: VIKA provided master planning and landscape architecture services for the Goose Creek development.  Goose Creek Village is a large and very successful mixed-use development in Loudoun County with various housing types and a large retail component. Through the years, as the project has evolved, VIKA has provided design services for many project elements, including: full streetscapes for the commercial and residential areas, urban plazas, residential courtyards with pools, grills and seating spaces, an outdoor amphitheater area, monument signage, rooftop terraces, landscaped outdoor restaurant seating areas with overhead trellising and lighting, stormwater management pond plantings, playgrounds, and a beer garden space.
